Anyone who makes a purchase on this website agrees to abide by All Girls Everywhere LLC (hereby referred to as “the organization”) guidelines. Terms include but are not limited to:

• Purchases for events made upon arrival are cash only. This includes tickets and merchandise. Accommodations are only made if/when available, on a case by case basis.

• All subscription discount codes are exclusive to subscribed members only. Anyone caught using these codes without a valid subscription will be refused entry to events until subscription fee is paid.

• Purchases made using ineligible discounts will be invalidated and will NOT be refunded.

• Discount codes are valid for ONE event per month. Discounts used for multiple events will invalidate event tickets and members will be refused entry until proper payment is made.

• Events are exclusive to this website. Tickets purchased elsewhere are invalid.

• Invalidated tickets/purchases will be validated upon receipt of proper payment.

• All guests must abide by the organization standards, as well as the standards of every establishment that is gracious enough to host our events.

• This is a SAFE SPACE. Hate speech of any kind will NOT be tolerated. Any harmful acts will be subject to immediate subscription termination to ALL organization entities.

• Subscription terminations and admission refusals are at the discretion of the organization.

• By attending our events, and without verbal revocation of consent, you agree to be photographed and/or video recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.

• Weapons of any kind are NOT permitted at any events hosted by the organization. Anyone found to have weapons at events hosted by the organization will be refused admission, removed from the event and/or have their membership revoked.

• Controlled substances of any kind are NOT permitted at any events hosted by the organization unless otherwise specified.

• The organization reserves the right to add and/or change terms as needed.
